Climate Change and Global Warming effects each person with this planet, so I believe most people have taken an instant to think on this.  Every day we make a conscious effort to make decisions to plan our days, weeks, lives etc.  But carbon emissions are something that we all have to seriously consider.  If we all make a continuous effort to do our part, then we will surely meet with the 2^nd phase of the Kyoto Agreement by 2020.
